Supreme Court Hears Argument in Weather-Tite Lien Case

We’ve been following this mechanic’s lien case for you and wrote about the appellate court opinion here, and the decision to allow appeal here. Now that oral argument has occurred, we can soon expect the opinion, but before that happens, here’s something you’ll want to watch… the video of the oral argument.
